At ESPN, I'm leading the team rethinking what fantasy sports can be.

I joined ESPN in 2025 to lead the Fantasy Sports design team — and stepped into one of the most complex, beloved products in sports. Since then I’ve been rethinking core experiences like league home, navigation, and chat, while focusing heavily on the team culture and cross-functional relationships that make that work possible.

A big part of my role has been building connectivity — serving as a design system liaison to make sure Fantasy is adopting and contributing to ESPN’s global system the right way, running workshops for concept exploration and team building, and closing the gap between Fantasy design and the broader ESPN design org.

I’ve also been leading our team’s AI adoption — getting designers set up with the right tools, sharing what’s working, and helping everyone get genuinely comfortable weaving AI into their everyday workflows.
